Anything this site gives you before someone has walked your space is a ballpark, not a quote and not a bid. Real pricing depends on the actual room, what is behind the walls, site access, and the materials you choose.

The only number that binds either of us is the one in a written proposal signed by Greater Oak Contracting, LLC.

Sending the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a request for a conversation. We aim to call back within one business day; that is a goal we hold ourselves to, not a guarantee.

Please only submit contact details that are yours to give.

Photos you attach stay private and are used to understand your project. We will not publish them, put them in our gallery, or use them in advertising unless you tell us we can — separately, and about those specific photos.

The portal shown on this site is a demonstration using sample data. Actual clients get their own portal in ClientCheck once work begins, and access is theirs to keep for the life of the project.

Project photographs are real Greater Oak work. Written descriptions accompanying them are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Reviews are reproduced as clients wrote them.

The Greater Oak name, logo and this site’s contents belong to Greater Oak Contracting, LLC. ClientCheck is co-owned with Summit Labs.

Where we link to somewhere else — ClientCheck, YouTube, Facebook — what happens there is governed by their terms, not ours.

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or never down. Nothing here creates a contract for work. That happens in a signed proposal.

Warranty on work we actually perform is a separate matter, set out in your proposal — and we stand behind it.
