What we collect, and what we don’t.

The estimate form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email, your town, when you’d like to start, how you prefer to be contacted, and a description of the project. Name and phone are the only required fields — they’re how Mike calls you back.

You can also attach photographs of the space. These are optional. They’re stored privately, visible only to Greater Oak, and are never published, shared or used in marketing without asking you first.

Submissions go straight into ClientCheck, the contractor software Greater Oak co-owns and uses to run every project. You become a lead record there, and Mike is notified by email and text so he can call you back.

It is not sold, rented, or handed to lead-generation brokers. You will not start receiving calls from other contractors because you filled in this form.

Running the site and the estimate flow means a handful of companies process your information for us, and nothing beyond that:

• —Vercel hosts the website and keeps server logs
• —Supabase stores the lead record and any photos you attach
• —Resend delivers the email telling Mike you got in touch
• —Twilio delivers the text message doing the same

We use Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you, follow you to other sites, or record anything that identifies you personally — which is why this site has no cookie banner.

There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tag, and no advertising tracker of any kind on this site.

Lead records stay in ClientCheck as part of Greater Oak’s business records — that is how we know who we quoted and what we agreed. Photographs attached to an enquiry are kept while the enquiry is live and deleted on request at any time.

Email or call and ask. We will delete your enquiry and any photos you sent, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and it will not affect any quote you have already received.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
